Great location , 5 mins walk from cathedral Lovely breakfast, bar & outdoor bar seating area. very friendly & helpful staff , Valentin was extremely helpful. Spacious & clean room Bottles of water & refill stations were very welcome

The location was great - a very easy journey by tram from the airport, then a few minutes' walk - the hotel is also very conveniently located for all the major attractions and the tram system (2 different lines close by). The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room itself was lovely with great facilities. The breakfast was absolutely superb - one of the best hotel breakfasts ever, with a huge choice of hot and cold food, and an attractive dining area with choice of seating type.

The hotel was in a perfect location: it was easy to walk to all of the tourist destinations, and the rugby ground was a straightforward half hour walk. For those less mobile, the tram network is very good and right on the doorstep. Breakfast choice, most mornings, was excellent and there was usually enough seating. We also enjoyed one evening meal in the restaurant, which serves a French twist on tapas. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Location - 1 minute from the tram to and from the airport. 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. Close to a lot of what you will want to see. Staff - very friendly. Always greeted with a smile and a bonjour. Rooms - very clean. Bed soft and comfortable. We had the Aircon on so room was a good temperature. Bathroom good size and clean. Great price. Highly recommend staying here.

Very central hotel , 3min walk from the cathedral quarter. Supermarkets near you and car park accessible from the hotel down. Nice and friendly staff. Spacious and nice rooms.

Lovely comfortable rooms, with lots of space and completely soundproof, we didn’t hear anyone else at all. Nice bathroom with separate toilet. Booked last minute and everything went smoothly. The location is near to the centre of Bordeaux. Nice bar to enjoy a drink.

Room was spotless and large enough for an extra bed and a travel cot, without leaving it even slightly cramped. The crib had not been installed beforehand and staff were quick to bring one up and install it, given we arrived quite late in the evening.

Really comfortable, well run hotel. Excellent position for seeing Bordeaux. Tram is only 2 minutes walk away. Reception staff are exceptional, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast spread is excellent, lots of choice, even sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. Personally I loved the nuts, seeds and fruit on offer.

The hotel was super nice and very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. One of the best parts was the breakfast, it was excellent! There were many delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and tasty.Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially if you enjoy a good breakfast. I would recommend it!
